thank you Paulo,

in nut-configurator gcc-settings include-debug-info is on. i tried under
settings platform
to use arm-gccdbg. it results in much larger files.
insight or eclipse load .text .data .rodata and then nothing happens anymore
only
the jtagactivity-led flashes, that shows me something happens.
