[En-Nut-Discussion] Nut/OS 4.4.0.0 gcc settings

Hi

I saw in at91sam7x-ek.conf that tools/GCC Settings lost an option called "Include debug Info", so olimex-sam7-ex256.conf lost it too.
This option was there until version 4.3.99.
