[En-Nut-Discussion] ARM9 - PLL setup

Hi,

I am trying to produce a diff about the problem that Nut doesn't run 
with the bootstrap loader.

I am getting confused because there is a label:
.global set_pllb
but it sets CKGR_PLLAR (main) and nowhere is a setup for PLLB (for USB).

1) Does anyone have an explanation for that?

2) should I produce a dif that just fixes the PLLA problem and leave the 
other for someone else to do? I don't have any means of testing it...

3) should I then just add some comment that it is nedded?
