Hallo Michael,

thanks for your further interest and suggestions.

I have installed the complete YAGARTO Tools, as you suggested in the  
root without spaces. OpenOCD ist also installed separately for Olimex  
JTag. make --version outputs the ff:
GNU Make 3.81
Copyright etc.

I really have no idea what the problem might be, because after  
uninstalling and reinstalling all necessary porgs. in the root dir and  
changing the PATH, I still get the same error.
