[En-Nut-Discussion] RTS / CTS Bit support on Ethernut 3

Hi Ole,

i assume the RTS /CTS will not work on Ethernut3. On my work at the RS485 i
see that the code of rts/cts 
uses sbi/cbi instructions and uses a port register from avr, same problem as
on HDX_bit for rs485.
