[En-Nut-Discussion] abstracted AHDLC sublayer

Hey Harald,

maybe you missed my post on this list from 18.2. about "PPP on ARM 
AT921SAM7S". After this mail I was contacted by Andras Szemzo who also 
intends to use PPP in his ARM setup and also did an port of the ahdlcavr 
driver.

While porting the ahdlcavr code to the AT91 UART I noticed that the 
ahdlcavr drivers mostly consist of generic AHDLC stuff and code als 
found in the UART driver.
I would suggest putting the AHDLC part in a generic layer under the PPP 
stuff and just using the arch-specific UART device for outputing.

Any objections?
