[En-Nut-Discussion] NUT/OS 4.4.0 does not compile for ATMega103Ethernut Board

Argh.. I'm ashamed, but it was just a RTFM problem. After installing
'lua' and using the right config files together with 'nutconfigure' I
managed to compile everything without problems.

Sorry for that and thanks to Ernst for looking at my problem.
