[En-Nut-Discussion] http problem in 453 and above

Hello List,

if you use the httpd example and select e.g. the "timer list",
the browser will display the page but wait endless for the end
of the http stream. This problem exist with the other pages too.
This was tested with FireFox 2.0.0.15 and Ethernut3 build with 
YAGARTO.

Version 451 is still working but 453 and 454 had the problem.
I could solve the problem with 453 if I copy the httpd.c from
451 into the 453 build.
