You may try the radio binary

It won't fully work, because you'd need the Calypso Board. But it should 
link to the Ethernet. This way you know, that either your hardware is 
possibly broken or the Nut/OS or compiler setup causes the problems.

Btw. you checked your Ethernet switch and cables, don't you?
