[En-Nut-Discussion] CVS HEAD Police: Rollback

Recently Moritz published several enhancements. Not all of them had been 
sufficiently tested and had been posted by Moritz as a request for 
comments. Either by misunderstanding or by accident, all had been 
committed to CVS HEAD. Some of them provided problems with compiling BTnut.

Today I removed these latest changes. CVS HEAD is now at the same status 
as it had been on 2008-06-05.

I'm look forward seeing ...

1. results of testing Moritz' contributions.
2. step by step commits.
3. more detailed ChangeLog entries.

Using a typical police phrase: "Thanks for your understanding and 
cooperation." :-)
