Thank for all help from everyone that wrote something. I solve this
problem with Your help. This was quiet easy problem. I know but I
forget that fusebit 0 is set and 1 not set. When I turn off JTAG and
OCTDEN(write to them 1).Still it doesn't work. Why? Because there was
0 in M103C, and when Atmega 103 compatibility is on, PORTF could be
only as out.Now everything works fine.
