How can i make a snapshot from the ethernut at my PC ?

i have a old part of the nut version 4.5.0.beta released

 

and I have got from ole the right pard whad I needed

 

I sow also the elector interner radio files an the new sam7se files

 

How can make a snapshot and later sync this

 

Ps ive send to the discussion groep a zip file for the olimex nokia lcd color demo test who has interested send me e email
