Thank you Matthias,

first i used 

#define RAMFUNC __attribute__ ((long_call, section (".ramfunc")))

which is defined in arm.h
the linkerscript i took from ENUT 4.5.4  (i still use 4.4.0 because of many
changes i´ve made)

with this i have the problems. the FASTRUN is only another try i found in
the web.
only functions with FLASHBASE Assignments seems to have a problem. if i use
other local var´s and manipulate them it works. a bit creazy this thing.
