[En-Nut-Discussion] Modbus TCP for Ethernut V2?

I need a simple serial(rs-232) to Ethernet Modbus/TCP slave converter and
thought that it might be possible to use the Ethernut for this.
Are there any sample code for Modbus/TCP for NutOS NutNET?

I only need one unit so if its lots of work getting it up and running i
rather buy a finished product.
But the ones i found seems to be Modbus rs-232/485 slave to Modbus TCP slave
converters and id just like to have a simple ascii serial interface to set
the different Modbus slave values.

Any one done simmilar things?
