[En-Nut-Discussion] New Makefile Structure

Hi,

Right now all Makefiles and associates had been created using the copy
and modify method. Some contain unused stuff and maintenance becomes
more complicated over the time.

patches the whole structure, at least for the GNU compiler (ICC will
follow). I didn't test AVR32, still need to install a toolchain and get
my board running.

Comments are most welcome, otherwise I'll commit this soon.
