Gorp is "Studentenfutter" (student's feed), a collection of nuts and
raisins. I like your explanation, may be "Good old re-usable programming".
In our setup a directory will be compiled to libnut<dirname>, so gorp
will become libnutgorp. IMHO, libnutcollection is ambiguous and awfully
boring.
