As far as I know, Nut/OS has no support for daylight savings directly.
It would be insane to do so, as they really are political decisions,
and more over, they are country and sometimes state region specific.
Here in Brazil for instance, it just changes every year at the whim of
the Congress or some other brunch like that, and only effective in
some parts of the country.

I guess that what you are seeing is the NTP in action. Are you sure
the NTP server is updated?
