Thanks, Ole for offering your help. Today I applied all open patches to
the trunk. Except the AT91 EMAC enhancements / fixes from Thiago.
Ethernut 3 hangs sometimes when loading the flash animation included in
app/httpd. I'll have to check this in more detail.
