Compile instructions are:
1 - Install Qt.
2 - cd to ethernut/nut/tools/qnutconf
3 - qmake
4 - make (or nmake if using visual studio)

You can also create visual studio projects with:
qmake -tp vc

Or using the Qt Visual Studio Integration, just open the .pro file and
it will generate a project for you.
