Not sure, if I understood your intention. There is no 3.3V regulator
available on Ethernut 1. The whole board runs on 5V only.

If you need 3.3V for your extension, then you can add a simple 5V to
3.3V regulator on your extension board and feed it from pins 3, 4, 11
and/or 12. See IC9 in the Ethernut 2.1 schematic as an example.
