Perhaps there is a missunderstanding in the concept of Nut/OS. Unlike
any PC operating system Nut/OS can not be updated standalone. Nut/OS is
just a library which is linked to your application code.

So you have to first configure and compile the new Nut/OS version and
then modify your applications Makefile to use the new Nut/OS libraries
and then recompile your application code with the new Nut/OS version.

The resulting binary can then be uploaded to your board using OpenOCD.
