At least it should be ok as long as the pinout is the same and timing is
at least as fast as the timing of K6X0808C1D--GF55 (which is a 55ns
SRAM). If you use slower SRAM you could add extra waitstates (see
Externel memory bus activation code for avr) which would result in much
slower system operation.
