I'm interested in XMega support as well. Specifically the ATxmega384A1
offers 32k RAM, but even 16k may be sufficient for some low end network
devices.

Porting Nut/OS should be quite easy, but I'm not sure about GCC and
avr-libc. Do you know their status?
