[En-Nut-Discussion] qt nutconf from 4.9 wont load conf file

I am trying to work with the version of qnutconf that is delivered in 4.9.
This version complains it cant load any conf file.   How can I get a usable 
version of the Qt version of nutconfig?  I saw no pro file to build it in svn
