[En-Nut-Discussion] Building NutOS (especially qnutconf) using Autotools

Hi all,

As you might have noticed I created a new branch "devnut_autotools_or"
and reworked the NutOS build system towards building all tools using
autoconf / automake.

I added an own configuration template file for each tool, so you can now
build them separately. Just run

./autogen and ./configure in the root folder or in each seperate folder
of each tool.

The biggest change is the autotools support for qnutconf (it used qmake
before)

I hope everything works in the same way as before. So please give it a
try and report any problems.

If everything works like expected I will merge back the changes to
trunk.
