[En-Nut-Discussion] DHCP broken

This is with devnut_inet6 branch, but the code isn't different
from trunk in any related area yet.
My DHCP server says:
Feb 7 00:13:34 arm9 dhcpd: DHCPDISCOVER from 00:0e:42:02:00:00 (ethernut) via vlan0
Feb 7 00:13:35 arm9 dhcpd: DHCPOFFER on 10.1.1.139 to 00:0e:42:02:00:00 (ethernut) via vlan0
And then I can already ping the board.
What is missing is the complete DHCP request/ack phase, so in fact the
device isn't allowed to use the IP yet.
I'm not using permanent storage, which keeps the former IP, so the device
always needs to to do a discover first.
