Hey cool, perhaps one could connect one to the board and use it instead
of the SD card :)

Great idea! Should be fairly simple as you only need to redirect stdin /
stdout accordingly. (and implement a VT100 emulation for the display).

My next Idea was to add a webserver and implement a VT100 in
javascript / AJAX (there just exists a vt100.js)
