[En-Nut-Discussion] CrossWorks for ARM "patch" available

Hello,

there is now a CrossWorks for ARM "patch" available too. That mean you can
use CrossWorks for ARM to build the NutOS project. "Patches" are available
for the stable (4.8.9) and beta (4.9.10) version.

Ethernut 3 and EIR will be supported.

The beta "patch" will support muticast and UPnP.
