[En-Nut-Discussion] Where are things at with Multicast UDP support

I've had a look through En-Nut-Discussion archives and have seen a few
posts asking about multicast UDP back in 2006 or so, the responses back
then indicated that it wasn't implemented.  Where is it at now? The
inclusion of an IGMP module in Nut/OS suggest to me that it's at least
been thought about
