[En-Nut-Discussion] Bus timing on board with Ethernut1.3F compatible

Hi Harald,

we had really problems with 32kHz oscillators. We bought two types of 
32kHz oscillator, but neither of them hasn't full reliability.

I succesfully define NUT_CPU_FREQ, rebuild libraries and our project. 
Now it seems, that our boards work fine:-)
