I did not draw the right conclusions from that. I only read Texas
Instruments in the header and concluded "Luminart"license ...

I looked for Stellarsiware on TO and got to

Trying to download, after using my TI login , I get to

with is the disclaimer for the US government export control. That doesn't
make me feel easy about the license :-(
