[En-Nut-Discussion] nutnet_debug_ppp and NUTDEBUG

Hello,

app/httpd/httpserve.c tried to call TracePPP() with NUTDEBUG defined. I
didn't see a way to make the file compile with NUTDEBUG defined, but no PPP
support requested. For the moment, I disabled the TracePPP() call. 

Has anybody a better solution?
