Why do you asked _me_?

a) Because I' looking like an SVN guru? Believe me, I'm anything but this. May be I'm a bit more adventurous than others. ;-)
b) You do not have the access rights to do so? In that case let me know so I can fix the access rights.

Anyway, I reverted your change, using

 svn merge -c -4326 .
 svn commit
