[En-Nut-Discussion] NutIcmpReply() implementation for ICMP socket support

Hello everybody!

It looks that I am not the only one who have problems with ping
implementation. I made some changes in Nut/OS based on Ralph Mason's code
published in "rm-icmp.zip" and "icmphdr.zip", but the modified icmpout.c is
missing that should contain NutIcmpReply() function with 7 arguments. If
anyone has the code please share it!
