[En-Nut-Discussion] Where to declare NUTDEBUG_USE_ASSERT?

Hello,

where is NUTDEBUG_USE_ASSERT supposed to be declared? Should it be inserted
direct in nut/include/sys/nutdebug.h or is there an other preferred way?

A grep for NUTDEBUG_USE_ASSERT in trunk and a search with google doesn't
give me a real hint.
