nutdisc is not really required. Unfortunately there is no alternative
like with nutconf (wxWidget) and qnutconf (Qt), because I didn't manage
to set up automake for qnutdisc.

You may try to replace

event.SetInt((int)dist);

with

event.SetInt((int)(intptr_t)dist);

which is ugly but may work.
