[En-Nut-Discussion] STM32 basic functions working!

Hello,

with the changes I checked into trunk, I am able to build the
examples. I flashed the uart example and could see appropriate output on a
serial console. Cheers to all involved in the work and to Ole for his work
to reunit the branches!

Hopefully I find time to do some real work with STM32 in the next time...
