[En-Nut-Discussion] MARCH in NutConf.mk makes any sense?

-MARCH as like cortex-m3 were  given to the gcc invokation.
The GCC description tell that -mcpu and -MARCH are exchangbble. I compiled
some CM3 setup and got no compilation error.
