Yes, I can.

But this could be a hint. If the OS compilation works through the 
configurator but not the samples from the command line then maybe the 
command line is using a different toolchain or different environment 
settings? Scrutinise your environment settings (use the set command from 
the command line) and make sure it only contains references to the 
WinAVR version you want to use. Check PATH and AVR_HOME in particular.
