You are aware, that STM's Liberty License and the non-license text you
posted before are different things, aren't you?

The Nut/OS Configurator refers to the first one with
LICENSE_ST_GUIDANCE_ONLY, while the second one requires to accept
LICENSE_MCD_ST_LIBERTY.
