Yes! If you have not yet seen the latest changes:

To force the users to select these settings I added a little
modification to the makefiles in r5257.

Currently this hint is only displayed for STM32 plattforms where the ST
licenses are not activated, but we can easily add further checks if
needed there.

I'm just not sure if the "echo" command correctly works on a Windows
platform.
