[En-Nut-Discussion] Ethernut on Windows 7 or 8

Hello all,
My old Win-Vista Computer is broken so I had to switch to new systems to
run Nut. I have a problem using the NutOsconfigurator qnutconf.exe on
different Windows Versions.
1. on Windows 7 the compilation starts and never returns

2. on my laptop with windows 8 the platform dialog (Edit/Settings/Build)
is empty, so I can't choose a platform to compile.

The goal is to run Nut on both systems. I played around with the
different compatibilty modes, like WinXp-Sp3 and administrator without
success.
Any ideas to my problems? Thank you for help.
