Yes, SF offers Git. But picking up the Uwe's initial concern, that
people finding us on SF will find a dead project:
http://readwrite.com/2011/06/02/github-has-passed-sourceforge
We may have more concerns about people not finding us on Github.
Anyway, to me Github or SF do not make a significant difference.
