[En-Nut-Discussion] Files in nut/mod folder

Hi Harald,

I just realised, that there are a few files in the nut/mod folder.
Especially nut/mod/os/heap.c

It exists since the very beginning of Nut/OS. Another one exists in
os/heap.c

Which one will be used finally? What is the difference and why does it
still exists there?
