[En-Nut-Discussion] May I split IdleCall() into IdleCall() and IdleLeaveCall()?

Hello,

I try to bring down current consumption of a STM32F411 design. Some devices
need to be switched of before entering Idle and reenabled when leaving idle.

At present, we only have a IdleVall that is called _before_ entering
Idle. Any objections to have two callouts?
