[En-Nut-Discussion] STM32L1xx series status

The first steps are always the hardest ones so besides these small
problems, I have contact to the device!

Nut/OS UART Sample Dec 17 2014 17:33:24
CPU running at 16000000 Hz
1000 system ticks per second

As always, after some stumbling around, the things ramp up quite well with
NutO/S.
