There is a very basic support for the SAM3U, but AFAIK not yet for
SAM3X. Even the SAM3U code is very very basic (only a very basic GPIO
and debug UART support).

You can find the SAM3U code in nut/arch/cm3/dev/atmel.

If you like to implement sam3u/x support, this would be very
appreciated. If you have any questions, please let me know.
