[En-Nut-Discussion] make error

Today i noticed something odd:

Include nutdisc in build.                                                                                                                                                                                      

Shouldn't INSTALL be generate by autogen locally? I think this was 
source of my problem - in Fedora 19 i have automake 1.13.
