When defining CRT_DISABLE_SELECT_POLL, then building the libraries fails
with

../../nut/tls/tls1.c: In function 'send_raw_packet':
../../nut/tls/tls1.c:949:13: error: implicit declaration of function
'select' [-Werror=implicit-function-declaration]

I assume, that tls should be excluded when CRT_DISABLE_SELECT_POLL is
defined.
