[En-Nut-Discussion] Missing export in RTC handling

Hello,

also most of our RTC drivers don't implement alarm queue handling yet, the
LPC17 driver and the upcoming rework of the STM32 V2 driver do. However the
alarm queue is not yet exposed by rtc.h. I will check in to SVN Head two
patches:
- rev 5917 that exports "extern HANDLE *NutRtcGetHandle(void);" in rtc.h
- rev 5918 that adds a flag to the status so an application can quuery with
utRtcGetStatus() if the alarm queue is implemented.

Please let me know any objections.
